I returned from a long business trip to a combination prank - dixie cups full of water, dayglo post-it notes on desk, filing cabinets, and walls, dayglo preschool ABC foam squares on the floor, foil on pens/stapler/phone/keyboard, ping-pong balls in cabinets, and a string spiderweb over it all. I am truly loved
They're all basically the same tho: the cubicle and the stuff in it get covered with something or seal off the entrance and fill it with something. The most creative one was the grass in the keyboard. Here's a good one for you, get a wireless USB mouse and plug it in to a coworkers computer (yes, it can support 2 mice at the same time). Then when they sit down to use it, you can mess with them by moving their mouse for them lol
I like the goth one. But seriously these are impressive. Makes me think what ppl are doing at their office if they got time for elaborate pranks like these :P
I wish I was still working in my last job. I could have tried several of these! Brilliant!I love the ones where they have wrapped everything but I suspect that my boss may have noticed something going on if I had tried this!
Ah, the first one takes me back. I've never had an office prank like that pulled on me, but I have had dreamers submit dreams where they're delicately avoiding water, oil, etc. -- just doing their best to not to inadvertently screw up everything!
Now we know why companies are outsourcing our jobs to China and India and places like that. Those people don't waste their time pulling stupid shit like this!
I would think people would stay late to pull these pranks and not do it on company time. People that complain about the "regression" should probably drink less tea...
When I worked at Wal-Mart There was this car in the parking lot that was wrapped in saran wrap with the carts all the way around the car. Took the guy 2 hours to get it all off.
This is fantastic. I understand how people in cubes feel-- those get to be some long uneventful days. Gotta spice up the work life a little bit every now and then :)
You persons do realize that working in a cubicle is the lowest form of life for a human? And that a prank on such means you have just lowered that life form. Go. Go get a real job. Please for our species.

Office hours well spent.. no wonder we're in this regression when companies hire monkeys like that.
Damnable monkeys and this damnable regression!

Waste of time, effort and resources. No wonder I can't get through to a person, or an invoice that makes sense, or an answer, or.......
